With a great cast you would expect to get a great movie.  Matt Dillon, Michael Douglas,John Goodman, and Paul Reiser.  To top that off you have a hottie that is the main focus of all of there attention.

To bad that they couldn't capitalize on the members of this cast.  Don't get me wrong, you will be able to sit and watch this movie.  It's just one of those things you say-could have been.  We start off following the femme fatale of this film named Jewel.  She is teamed up with a crazy character named Utah(played by Andrew Dice Clay).  She hooks up with Randy who is the bartender at McCool's.  One thing leads to another, and they become a couple of sorts.  Until Utah shows up.  After taking care of Utah they start to steal things.  The purpose is to improve their dream home.  Which looks like a beat up old shack at the beginning.

Lust becomes a major factor when Randy's cousin, and the police detective assigned to the case both want Jewel for themselves.  That's when the stuff hits the fan.  Randy falls out of favor with Jewel, and gets evicted out of his house.  The only way he can think of to get back in is to hire a hitmen(played by Michael Douglas).  Jewel seeks legal guidance from Randy's cousin, and boy does she get it.  The policeman is infatuated with her because she reminds him of his past wife.  It all comes to a head at the end with all parties converging on the house for the final showdown.  If you have nothing else to do it's an okay movie to fill your time.
